High class novice hurdler, he made his debut at Chepstow last October,

finishing 3^rd in a 2m novice hurdle, beaten 5 ¾ l behind Rocco, then was rather disappointing at Newbury in November when only 7^th in a similar evet, beaten 19 1/4l behind Eco De La Noverie. Given a break he reappeared at Sandown in February and won a 2m novice hurdle by 2 ¼ l from Elusive Belle (received 4 lb), then followed up at Kempton over 2m 5f , beating The Cashel Man a neck (giving 6lb to the second). He then won the 2m 4f grade 1 Mersey novice hurdle at Aintree in April, beating Brewinupastorm 3 ¼ l, and finished with victory at Punchestown winning the 2m 4f grade 1 Champion Novice hurdle by ½ l from Sam Profile.  Likely to go novice chasing, he is a smart prospect whatever route he goes this season.
