Rich Ricci is the first to admit that this has been more of a talking horse for the past two seasons, rather than a success on track, but hopes are that a clear run this season, and a switch to fences, will see the gelding realise his full potential.

He made his debut at Vichy in September 2016, finishing 2^nd in a 3y conditions hurdle over 2m 1f, beaten 2 ½ l by Mick Taros. Moved to Willie Mullins after a Private sale, he missed a whole season, and reappeared at Limerick last December finishing 2^nd in a 2m maiden hurdle, beaten 2 ¾ l by Press Conference, then won a similar event at Clonmel in March this year beating Raya Time 1 ½ l.  Only time will tell whether he can fulfilll expectations.
