We start at Sandown last Thursday where in the 5f listed stakes, Flippa The Strippa ( Neil), went to post, Raced keenly, chased leaders on outside, good headway to lead over 1f out, clear when hung right final furlong, winning by 1l. She gets 51 points.
On Friday at Goodwood in the 1m 4f listed stakes Private Secretary ( Cliff) took his chance, soon steadied rear, headway on wide outside chasing leaders over 2f out, quickened to challenge inside final furlong, led close home, winning cheekily by a neck. He gets 27.8 points.


On Saturday at Haydock in the 6f group 2 Hello Youmzain ( Martin), went to post, Tracked leader, led over 1f out, edged left inside final furlong, ran on, well, winning by 3 3/14 l. He gets 39.2 points.

At the Curragh in the 1m group 1 Irish 2000 Guineas, Phoenix Of Spain  ( Neil) went to post, Soon led, pushed along over 2 out, ridden and asserted over 1 out, ran on strongly, winning by 3l. He gets 82.8 points

On Sunday in the 1m 2f Tattersall Gold Cup Magical ( Bob, Cod, Steve, Tony), took her chance, Chased leader in 2nd, took closer order to challenge on outer from over 2f out and soon led, pushed along and went clear from over 1f out, winning easily 4 ¾ l. She gets 26.1 points.


At Longchamp in the 1m 2f Prix Sain- Alary fillies group 1, Siyarafina  ( Peej), took her chance, raced midfield, closed smoothly from 2f out, driven to chase leader well over 1f out, sustained run to last 100yds, driven out, winning by 1l. She gets 53.4 points.
At Leicester on Monday in the 1m handicap Kodiac Harbour ( Cod), took his chance, Held up, pushed along and headway over 2f out, ridden to lead well inside final furlong, ran on, winning by 1 ¼ l. He gets 29 points.

Michael Dods hopes the return to a stiffer track will help Mabs Cross turn the tables on Battaash when the two meet again at Royal Ascot - and a step up to six furlongs later in the season has been mooted. Having started her season with a win over Charlie Hills' Equilateral at Newmarket, the Prix de l'Abbaye winner had no answer to his stablemate Battaash in the Temple Stakes at Haydock. Dods felt her Group One penalty made life difficult and that on a level playing field in the King's Stand she may be able to exact her revenge.
"She's a little bit tender on a hind foot where she pulled a shoe off - but apart from that she's fine," said Dods. "I thought she ran a great race. The ground was plenty quick enough, to be honest - and because of that, they went quick and didn't stop
Enable is set to make her long-awaited return in the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown in July after connections ruled out an appearance at Royal Ascot.
