Useful 2 year old who made his debut at Gowran Park in August, in a 1m maiden, finishing 5 ½ l 2nd to Geometrical, then at the end of the month, won a 1m maiden at the Curragh, beating Shekhem 3 ¼ l. Stepped up to group 2 level next time at Leopardstown, over 1m he won by 1 ¼ l from Sinawann, and finished with 4th at Newcastle in November in the Group 1 , 1m Futurity stakes, beaten 3 ¾ l behind Kameko. 2 stables mates , Innisfree, and Year of the tiger who were less fancied than him in the betting finished 2nd and 3rd, so it will be interesting to see where he ends up in the Coolmore pecking order this season, but he will certainly be winning races, and holds Guineas and Derby entries on both sides of the Water.
