He is unbeaten in his 9 runs in the past two seasons, which have included as mentioned 2 Champion hurdles, and grade 1 wins at Aintree in the 2m 4f Grade 1 Aintree hurdle, the Fighting Fifth hurdle at Newcastle and the Christmas hurdle at Kempton. It was a close run thing at Cheltenham in March when he just held off Min by a neck, and he did not run again. He has had a wind operation and is due to reappear in the Fighting Fifth hurdle, then the Christmas hurdle, before returning to Cheltenham to defend his crown
