As dark horses go this about as dark as they get, bought at Derby sale, he was considered one of the best bumper horses at Seven Barrows last winter, but a cut knee kept him off the track. He made his debut at Ascot recently in a 2m bumper, finishing 3^rd, beaten 4 ¾ l behind Wilberdragon. The fact he was sent off 11/10f shows the regard he is held in, and normal improvement should see him win novice hurdles at least.
