Top class 2 year old who improved
through the season as 2 year old, and a leading market fancy for the 1000
guineas. She made her debut at the Curragh at the end of May last season,
finishing 3rd in a 6f fillies maiden, beaten ½ l by Gasta, then went
to Royal Ascot and was only 7th in a 6f Group 3 , beaten 4 ¾ l by
Different League. She got off the mark at the Curragh in July taking a 6f
fillies group 3 by 2 ¾ l from stablemate Butterscothch, then came back to
Newmarket and won a 6f group 2 by 1 ¾ l from Nyaleti. She finished with a Group
1 victory at Newmarket in September, winning the 6f Cheveley Park stakes,
reversing Ascot form with Different League, winning by 1 ¾ l.
Aiden O’Brien told the punter recently, "She's had a
stone bruise the last few days but she's good and she'll probably go straight
to the Guineas. She has wintered well and we're very happy with her. Obviously
she's not as big physically as Churchill (full-brother) was but everything is
right with her. She's fast and I wouldn't be sure how much further than a mile
she'd stay. Obviously she's a Group One winner over six furlongs." Reported to have met with a slight set back, her
participation in the Guineas is now in doubt.
