Report
We start at Ascot last Tuesday where I missed French Maser (Bob), in the 1m 6f handicap, Dwelt start, took keen hold, held up in midfield, ridden and headway on outer from over 2f out, hung right over 1f out, led inside final furlong, kept on well, winning by 2 ½ l. He gets 27 points.
On Friday in the 1m group 1 Coronation stakes for fillies, Zaringa (Bob, Cod), took her chance, Took keen hold, midfield, smooth headway over 2f out, led inside final furlong, carried head awkwardly and headed inside final 110yds, just held, 2nd beaten 1/2l. She gets 13.45 points.
At Goodwood in the 1m handicap Organ (Peej), went to post, Midfield but in touch with leaders, switched right and headway over 1f out, pressed leader inside final furlong, led narrowly inside final 110yds, kept on well, winning by a neck. He gets 26 points.
