He got off the mark next time in a 6f maiden at the Curragh at the end of August, beating Loch Lein 1 ¼ l, then was third over 7f in the Group 1 National stakes, beaten 1 ½ l by Thunder Moon, and finished the season with victory at Newmarket, taking the 7f Group 1 Dewhurst stakes by 3 /4 l from Wembley. He will win at the top level this season
