High class performer who missed much of last season through injury.  He holds group 1 entries at 1m 2f through to 1m 6f so should have an interesting campaign and certainly should win more races. His first win came on his 2^nd start , a 1m Galway maiden in July 2016, beating Rekindling 2 ½ l, and he followed up Tipperary in a 1m listed race in August, beating Boyfriend Brian 2l. His final victory at 2, came in a 1m group 2 at The Curragh where he beat Yucatan ¾ l. He was rather disappointing early in his  3year old season, , but he did win the 1m 4f Group 1 Irish Derby in July 2017 beating Cracksman a neck and the 1m 6f Group 1 St Leger stakes at Doncaster in September, beating Crystal Ocean 1/2l. He made a winning start to last season, taking a 1m 2f group at Naas in April, beating Cannonball a  head, but then struggled at the highest level in 3 starts, the best being 4^th in the 1m 2f group 1 middle distance cup a t Ascot in October 17 ½ l behind Cracksman. He should have a better campaign if kept to the longer trips.
