Useful 2 year old, he made a winning debut at the Curragh in August, taking a 7f maiden by a head from Fiscal Rules. In September he was 2nd at Doncaster in a 7f listed event, beaten ½ l by Molatham, then won a 7f listed event by 7l at Newmarket at the end of September, beating Persuasion, and finished the season with a decent third at Newmarket in the Group 1 7f Dewhurst stakes, beaten 4 ¾ l behind Pinatubo. He has an Irish 2000 guineas entry, and certainly looks a solid group class performer.

Another smart  Godolphin 2 year old, she made her debut at Kempton in September winning a 7f fillies novice stakes by a  short head from Breath of Joy, then in October won a 1m novice stakes by 3 ¼ l from Arthurian Fable (received 1 lb). She has Irish Guineas and Oaks entries, and whilst her bare form currently is a long way off that level, she could well prove above average as the season goes on

Smart unbeaten 2 year old, he made his debut at Doncaster in June winning a 7f novice stakes by 2 ¼ l from Danceinthewoods, then followed up at Redcar in July, taking another 7f novice stakes by 2l from Saint of Katowice (received 7lb), and finished the season with victory at Newbury in August, taking a 7f listed race by 1l from Sesame Birah. He has a Derby entry which may be ambitious, but from a stable that gets plenty out of it’s runners it will be very suprising if he doesn’t put a few points on the board this season

Smart 2 year old colt who made his debut at Newmarket last May, in a 6f maiden, winning by 2 ¼ l from Electrical Storm, then finished ½ l 2nd at Royal Ascot in the 6f group 2 Coventry stakes , behind Arizona. He then finished ¾ l 2nd at Goodwood in August in the 6f group 2 Richmond stakes, behind Golden Horde, then at the end of the month, won the 6f Group 2 Gimcrack stakes at York by 1 ¼ l from Lord of the Lodge. He followed up at Doncaster in July, winning the 7f group 2 Champagne stakes from Royal Crusade (received 3lb), and finished the season with 5th place at Newmarket in the 6f Group 1 Middle Park stakes, 3 ¼ l behind Earthlight. He should certainly win more decent races this season, and does hold an Irish 2000 Guineas entry.

The flat season has been rejuvenated in recent seasons by some top class horses staying in training for longer and top class stayer Stradivarius hits all the right notes. He won his first group race in June 2017 at Royal Ascot taking the 1m 6f group 2 Queens Vase by a neck from Count Octave. He followed up at Goodwood in August, winning the 2m Group 1 Goodwood Cup by 1 ¾ l from Big Orange. The following season, he started with victory in May at York, taking the 1m 6f group 2 Yorkshire Cup by 3l from Desert Skyline (gave 3lb), then won the 2m 4f Group 1 Ascot Gold Cup by ¾ l from Vazirabad, and followed up with his 2nd Goodwood in July, beating Torcedor 1/2l, and then took the group 2, 2m Lonsdale Cup at York In August, beating Count Octave 1 ½ l, and finished the season unbeaten with victory in October at Ascot on Champions Day, taking the 2m group 2 Long Distance Cup by 1 ½ l from Thomas Hobson.
Last Season, he again won the Yorkshire Cup in May, beating Southern France 3/4l, the Ascot Gold Cup by 1l from Dee Ex Bee, The Goodwood Cup by a neck from Dee Ex Bee, The Lonsdale Cup by 1 ¼ l from Dee Ex Bee, and the Doncaster Cup by 1 ¾ l from Cleonte. He tasted defeat at Ascot on Champions day in the Long Distance Cup when going down by a nose to Kew Gardens.
He will again be very hard to beat this season.
