We start at Cheltenham on Saturday where in the 2m 1f grade 2 International hurdle The New Lion (Not Peej), went to post, Raced in third, shaken up and closed before last where 1 1/2 lengths down, pushed along to lead run-in, soon edged right, ran on, winning by 1 ½ l. He gets 23.25 points.

Nicky Henderson reported that Sir Gino endured a "comfortable" night in hospital and there is "every chance" his superstar can recover from the fractured pelvis he sustained at Cheltenham on Saturday.
