He made his debut a Ffos Last in January last year, finishing 2nd in a 2m bumper, beaten 4 ½ l by Sole Solution (gave 16 lb), then at Southwell 3 weeks later won a 2m bumper by 1 ½ l from Cawthorne Banker (gave 13 lb ) Next time out in March at Newbury he was 8th beaten 21 ¾ l in another 2 m bumper behind Crest of Glory (received 4lb), then in April at Ludlow, won another 2m bumper by 8 ½ l from Pearl Island (received 7lb).
He reappeared in October, falling in a 2m novice hurdle at Huntingdon, then 9 days later at Ludlow, was 2nd in a similar even, beaten 5l by Wyenot (received 7lb). In November at Market Rasen he won a 2m maiden hurdle by 2 ¼ l from Via Valentina (received 7lb), then at Aintree in December, won a 2m 1f novice hurdle by 3 ¾ l from Goonhilly (received 6 lb). 2 weeks later he was 2nd a Haydock in a 2m novice hurdle beaten 1 ½ l by Bertie’s Ballet (received 3 lb), then in February this year a Newbury in the 2m 1f Bettfair Premier handicap hurdle, was 12th beaten 23 ¾ l behind Iberico Lord (gave 8lb). Next stop was Cheltenham in April where he 7th beaten 17 ½ l in a 2m 1f handicap hurdle for amateur and conditional jockey’s behind Tintinin (gave 2lb),
He reappeared in October finishing 2nd at Cheltenham in a 2m handicap hurdle, beaten ¾ l by Impero (gave 5lb), then in November won at Huntingdon in another 2m handicap hurdle, beating Black Hawk Eagle (gave 6 lb) 3l. I suspect he may be the busiest horse in the strings.
