Improving mare who became the first mare to land the Arkle for 40 years, the last being Anaglogs Daughter. She made her debut at Clonmel in September 2018, finishing 5th in a 2m 3f mares maiden hurdle, beaten 4 ¾ l by The Princetonian, then in October was 2nd at Wexford in a 2m maiden hurdle, beaten 8 ½ l by Mister Blue Sky. In November at Navan she got off the mark, winning a 2m mares maiden hurdle by 1l from Gypsy Island, then was disappointing at Limerick in December, finishing 5th in a 2m novice hurdle, beaten 33 ½ l behind Smoking Gun (gave 6lb).
She was then third in a 2m 4f handicap hurdle at Gowran Park in January 2019, beaten 7 ¾ l behind Allez Kal (gave 10 lb), and at Punchestown inMay, filled the same spot in another 2m handicap hurdle, beaten 1 ¾ l behind Polished Steel ( gave 5 lb). Three weeks later she was victorious on her chasing debut at Kilbeggan , wining a 2m 4f beginners chase beating From Eden by 1 ¼ l, then in June won a 2m 4f mares handicap hurdle at Downpatrick over 2m 3f, beating Dollys Destination ( received 11 lb) 7l. She then went back over fences in June at by Tipperarry, winning a 2m 3f novice chase by 7 ½ from Cooldine Bog (received 4lb), then in September won a 2m 4f novice chase at Wexford, beating Victoria Bay (received 10 lb ) 2 ¼ l.
In October at Tipperary she was 2nd in a grade 3 2m 4f novice chase, beaten ½ by Robin De Carlow (received 3 lb), then in November came over to Cheltenham and won the 2m grade 2 novice chase beating Al Dancer (gave 10lb) 2 ½ l. She then had a well earned break before returning to Cheltenham in March and winning the 2m grade 1 Arkle chase by 1 ½ l from Fakir D’oudaries. She will be dangerous at the top level this season given her mares allowance, and will be big player in the Champion Chase next March.
