We start at Aintree last Friday where in the 2m 4f  garde 1 Melling chase, Boston Bob ( Cod), took his chance. Held up in rear, headway 3 out, chasing leaders and switched left between last 2, upsides when not fluent last, led run in, forged clear close home, winning by 3 ¼ l. He gets 61 points.

In the 2m 4f handicap hurdle, Clondaw Kaempfer (Tony), took his chance, in touch, tracked leaders before 3 out, soon ridden stayed on going to last, kept going to lead close home, winning by a neck. He gets 66 points.

In the 2m grade 1 Maghull novice chase, Balder Succes (Steve), went to post, tracked leaders, led 2 out, driven and stayed on strongly to win by 4 l. He gets 58 points.

In the 3m Grade 1 Liverpool hurdle, Whisper ( Steve), took his chance, held up, headway approaching 3 out, soon chasing leaders, led last, held on well to win by 1l. He gets 59.4 points.
