Smart juvenile hurdler, he made his debut at San Siro in April las year, finishing 9th in a 1m 1f maiden, then in November moved o Gary Moore. He made his UK debut at Warwick the same month, winning a 2m Juvenile maiden hurdle by 2 ¾ l from Excelero, then 3 weeks later Exeter won a 2m juvenile hurdle by 5 ½ l from Valadon (received 2 lb). In December at Chepstow he won a grade 2 juvenile hurdle by 21 l from Balboa, then in February at Haydock, won another juvenile hurdle by 3 ½ l from Castlefort. He finished the season at Cheltenham with 3rd place in the 2m 1f grade 1 Triumph hurdle, beaten 6 ½ l behind Majborough.
That made him the top British juvenile hurdler, so he should have a good season ahead. Gary Moore told the Punter, he is ground dependant, he must have it soft, and his first target is the Gerry Fielden hurdle at Newbury at the end of November.
