Stays in the Editor’s string after a good season last time round, he made his debut at Punchestown in March 2021, finishing 3rd in a 2m 4f bumper, beaten 5 ½ l behind Green Vault. He moved across the water to Nicky Richards and made his rules debut at Carlisle in October 2021, finishing 2nd in a 2m 4f novice hurdle, beaten 4 ½ l by Harpers Brook, then in November at Ayr, won a 2m 3f novice hurdle by a head from High Stakes. In December at Kelso he was 2nd in a 2m 6f novice hurdle, beaten 1 ¾ l by Ned Tanner (received 7lb), then in February last year in a 2m 5f handicap hurdle at Kelso, unseated his rider 2 out when leading narrowly. He then won a 2m 5f handicap hurdle at Kelso in March, beating Kaizer 5l (received 3lb), then in April at Perth, was pulled up in a listed hurdle.
He reappeared in January this year, finishing 3rd in a2m 4f novice limited handicap chase at Doncaster, beaten 14 ½ l behind Bold Endeavour, then in January at Ayr was 4th in a 3m novice limited handicap chase beaten 46 ½ l by Thomas Darby . In March he went to Wetherby and won a 2m 5f handicap chase by 3l from Enzo D’Airy (gave 4lb), then followed up at Wetherby 3 weeks later winning a 3m novice limited handicap chase by 1 ½ l from Lord of Kerak (received 4lb).
He reappeared on 4th November 2023, finishing 4th in a 2m 4f handicap chase at Ayr, beaten ¾ l by Whodini ( received 13 lb), then 3 weeks later at Haydock won a 3m 1f handicap chase by 1l from Credo (gave 1 lb).he then followed up over course and distance in another handicap chase, beating Burrows Diamond received 3 lb) 1l , then in January at Doncaster in a 3m handicap chase was a disappointing 9th, beaten 23 ¾ l by Annual Invictus (received 16 lb), then at Hadock in February, in a 3m 4f handicap chase unsated at17th when still holding every chance.
At Cheltenham in March he was 4th in the 3m 1f Ultima Premier handicap chase, beaten 21 ¾ l behind Chianti Classico (received 4lb), . He reappeared at Kelso at the end of October, finishing 2nd in a 3m 2f limited handicap chase, beaten 3l by Elvis mail (gave 6lb). He will again contest the big staying chase handicaps and could be a Grand National horse his season.
