He made his debut at Clairefontaine in a 1m 6f colts and geldings maiden in August 2020, finishing 7th beaten 16 ½ l by Tranatlantic (gave 3lb). In September at Auteuil he was 3rd in a listed 2m 2f hurdle for 3y colts and geldings unraced over obstacles, beaten 3l by Here I am, and was then moved to Ireland.
He reappeared at Tramore in January last year, winning a 2m maiden hurdle by 13l from Tempo Chapter Two (gave 3lb), then in April at Aintree was beaten a neck by Jonbon in the 2m grade 1 Top novices hurdle, and finished the season at Punchestown winning a 2m novice hurdle by 4l from Ha D’or.
He reappeared at Fairyhouse in December last year winning a 2m Beginners Chase by 19 l from Colonel Mustard ( received 5lb), then at Leopardstown in February this year won a 2m 1f grade 1 novice chase by 10 l from Banbridge. He then came across to Cheltenham in March and won the 2m Grade 1 Arkle novice chase by 5 ½ l from Jonbon, and finished the season with victory at Punchestown in a 2m grade 1 novice chase beating Dysart Dynamo 11 l.
He reappeared at Cork in December last year winning a grade 2, 2m chase by 4 ¾ l from Fil Dor, then then in February at Leopardstown won the 2m 1f grade 1 Dublin Chase by 8 ½ l from Dinoblue. In March at Cheltenham in the 2m grade 1 Champion Chase he pulled up after the 5th, having made a number of mistakes. He finished the season at Sandown in the 2m grade 1 Celebration Chase, beaten 4l by Jonbon. His jumping can let him down, but with a clear round he is high class and should win races again this season.
