Classy sort with a decent wins to runs ratio, he made his debut at Kempton in March 2018, winning a 2m bumper by 1 ¼ l from Manevers House, then in April at Aintree in a grade 2 2m 1f bumper, was 13th, beaten 23 ½ l behind Portrush Ted (gave 6lb). He reappeared at Newbury in November of 2018, finishing 2nd in a 2m novice hurdle, beaten a short head by Ecu De La Noverie (received 5lb), then in December at Kempton, won a 2m novice hurdle by 2 ¼ l from Rouge Vif (gave 5lb). He followed up at Haydock in January last year, winning a grade 2 2m novice hurdle by 2 ½ l from Bright Forcast (received 3 lb), then in March at the Cheltenham Festival was 8th in the 2m grade 1 Supreme novice hurdle, beaten 23 ½ l behind Klassical Dream. In May at Haydock he finished the season with 7th in a 2m grade 3 handicap hurdle, beaten 7l behind Le Patriote ( gave 3lb).
He reappeared at Warwick last November finishing 2nd in a 2m novice chase, 3l behind Torpillo (received 7lb), then in December at Cheltenham, won a 2m 4f novice chase, beating Good Boy Bobby (gave 5lb),
1 ¼ l. In January this year he won a 2m grade 2 novice chase from Al Dancer by 1l, and on his final appearance, was 2nd at Cheltenham in March in the 2m 4f grade 1 Golden Miller novice chase, beaten 4 14 l behind Samcro. He has an entry at Cheltenham in the Paddy Power Gold Cup, and 2 1/3 mile handicap and conditions chases look his level.
