Useful sort with a 33% strike rate he made his debut at Monksgrange in April 2016, in a 3m maiden 4y point, finishing 1l 2^nd to Samcro. Initially with Gordon Elliott, he was moved to Colin Tizzard and reappeared at Chepstow in October 2016, winning a 2m 5f maiden hurdle by a short head from Persian Delight , then followed up at Ascot in November over 2m 5f, beating Laser Light ¾ l.  He then seemed to lose his way , finishing 4^th at Newbury and 5^th at Cheltenham in January 2017, but still ran in the Grade 1 3m Albert Bartlett hurdle at the Cheltenham festival , finishing 7^th, 26l behind Penhill. He filled the same position at Aintree on his final run that season, in the 3m grade 1 Sefton hurdle, beaten 31 ¼ l by The Worlds End. He went novice chasing and finished 2^nd at Chepstow in October 2017, 3 ¼ l behind Mia’s Storm in a 3m novice chase then was 2^nd to Ballyoptic at Exeter in November in another 3m novice chase beaten 13l. He then won a grade 2 at Newbury beating Black Corton (gave 3LB) ¾ L then was 2^nd at Kempton in the grade 1 3m Kauto Star novice chase beaten 1 1 1/2l by Black Corton at level weights. He then won a 3m graduation chase at Exeter by 13 l from Ramses Des Teilles, and was a decent 3^rd in the 3m grade 1 RSA chase at Cheltenham, 14 l behind Presenting Percy, and filled the same position at Aintree in the 3m1f  grade 1 Mildmay novice chase , 12 ¾ l behind Terrefort. He holds an entry in the Labroke Trophy handicap chase at Newbury, but looks fully exposed and could be difficult to win with
