One of the many promising youngsters
in the Mullins yard, he made his debut at Punchestown in April 2016, winning a
2m bumper by ½ l from Someday, then followed up at Navan in December, winning a
2m maiden hurdle by 6l from Joey Sasa.
He was then 2nd at Punchestown in February this year, in a 2m
listed hurdle, beaten a neck by Mick Jazz, then was 5th in the
Supreme Novice hurdle at the Cheltenham festival in March, beaten 16 ½ l behind
Labaik, and finished the season with victory in the 2m Champion novice hurdle
at Punchestown, beating Melon 1l.
