Top class novice hurdler, he won all 4
starts last season, a 2m novice hurdle in November at Gowran Park, beating
Sizing John 12l, a grade 2 novice hurdle at Punchestown in January Aplha Des
Obeaux 3 ¾ l, the Suprem Novice hurdle at the festival in March, beating stable
companion Shaneshill 4 ½ l. And finished at Punchestown with victory in the Grade
1 Champion Novice hurdle, beating Sizing John 7 ½ l. He seems likely to go
novice chasing, with the owners keeping Faugheen over hurdles.
