In the 3m 2f grade 1 Gold Cup Galopin Des Champs ( Cod Neil, Peej), Bravemansgame ( Bob, Martin, Neil, Steve) went to post. Galopin Des Champs, Held up in rear, not fluent 5th, headway 16th, in touch with leaders 17th, mistake 3 out, going easily when switched right before 2 out, soon went second, led last, ridden and kept on strongly run-in, won going away by 7l. He gets 52.4 points. Bravemansgame, Keen to post, prominent, ridden to lead 2 out, headed last, weakened final 110yds 2nd beaten 7l. He gets 14.4 points.
