We start at Ascot on Saturday where in the 2m group 2 Trueshan ( Bob, Neil, Peej), went to post, Took keen hold, in touch with leaders, pushed along briefly and hampered rival on turn after 2f, headway 3f out, sustained battle with winner from 2f out, edged right over 1f out, led final 110yds, just prevailed winning by a head. He gets 22.38 points.

In the 1m 4f Group 1 for fillies and mares Emily Upjohn (Peej), took her chance, Took keen hold, midfield on outer, pushed along and headway from over 2f out, ridden to lead over 1f out, clear inside final furlong, kept on well, winning by 3l. She gets 60.1 points.

In the 1m 2f group 1 Champion stakes Bay Bridge ( Bob, Cliff), took his chance, Took keen hold, prominent, went second going easily over 3f out, pushed along and every chance from over 2f out, ridden and led clearly over 1f out, kept on well inside final furlong, just did enough, winning by ½ l. He gets 65.2 points.

JUMP COMPETITION
WILL START ON Friday 11 November, closing date for strings is close of Monday 7 November. There will be a punter day out as always, those intending to go please let me know so we can organise travel, which is probably by train
