So the curtain came down on Saturday on another flat competition, where at Ascot in the 2m group2, Kew Gardens ( Martin, Neil), went to post, Tracked leaders, led over 2f out, ridden and headed over 1f out, stayed on well inside final furlong, led very close home, winning by a nose. He gets 49 points.


In the 1m 2f group1 Champion Stakes Magical ( Bob, Cod, Steve, Tony), Addeyebb ( Steve), took their chances. Magical, Tracked leader, led over 1f out, pressed after, kept on well, winning by ¾ l. She gets 51.8 points.
Addeyebb, Held up in touch, closed 4f out, went 2nd over 1f out, stayed on but held by winner final 100 yards, 2nd ¾ l. He gets 24 points.


And finally at Leoparstown in the 1m 2f listed stakes Mount Everest ( Cliff), went to post, Rear of mid-division, progress to 4th 4f out, came wide entering straight, ridden into 2nd over 1f out, ran on strongly 1f out to lead close home, winning by a head. He gets 31.8 points.
